The most effective hunter in the ocean is not the Great White Shark. In fact, Orcas are much more effective, because they organize into flexible pods that collaborate, unlike solitary sharks. These highly intelligent, social creatures are stok’s spirit animal, and their collaborative pods inspired our organizational structure.
