Helen is responsible for growing Stok through hiring, onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives. Her role at Stok focuses on building a people-first organization by hiring sustainability focused leaders, understanding employee needs, and providing opportunities for Stokers to continue to make an impact in the built environment and the greater world. Deeply passionate about integrating inclusion, diversity, and equity into the workplace, Helen is excited to build out Stok’s approach to expanding its impact from a social angle.
