Stok, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Stok”) may collect and process personal data relating to you when you visit www.Stok.com (hereinafter, “the website”). This Policy describes how we collect and process personal data about you through the website.

This Policy does not apply to services we perform offline for you or our clients, nor does this Policy apply where we have signed a separate agreement with you to perform or receive services.

4. Retention of Your Personal Data

If you are an existing client, we will keep your personal data as long as our contractual and/or business relationship lasts. If you are a prospect with no established contractual and/or business relationship, we will not keep your data for longer than three (3) years after you last contacted us.
If you are a job candidate, please note that if you are not hired, we will delete the information you shared with us at the latest two (2) years after you shared the information.
Finally, the personal data we may collect for the security, maintenance, and improvement of our website will not be kept longer than one (1) year after collection.

5. Your Rights

If prescribed by applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we have about you and know what personal data we have collected about you in the past 12 months.

Any account you have that is protected by a password is for your privacy and security. You are solely responsible for ensuring that there is no unauthorized access to your account.
