ON REIMAGINING THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT:
“The Stok team can be a vehicle for change on a large scale by injecting positive solutions to global issues around company practices and the built environment. I imagine Stok helping clients reach global 2030 and 2050 climate goals. We have no choice. I’m right in the middle of the effort, helping clients to strategically do better, do more, set high goals, and start moving towards zero net energy, zero waste, and preserving our natural resources and way of life.”
ON A FUTURE THEY WANT TO LIVE IN:
“I want a clean, healthy future for my children. One where we are producing products and projects that are contributing to drawdown in carbon worldwide. Where we can all ride our bikes, hike, run, ski, and snowboard without being stressed about air quality. Where we are all moving around in zero emissions vehicles. I want to see us harvesting rainwater and maximizing water use with graywater systems. If we must create waste, let’s find a way to reuse it. Socially, I want to see more care in the world, where people think about and act on the needs of others.”
