As an experienced sustainability consultant, Chris has worked on large scale rezoning projects, multiunit residential developments, institutional and commercial buildings, and commercial interiors. Specializing in managing building certifications, he has helped deliver more than 30 certified projects for his clients across various certification rating systems including LEED, Passive House, WELL, Fitwel, Living Building Challenge, and Greenstar. Focusing on interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication, his personal skills enable him to adapt and integrate with new teams to speed project progression.
