Glenna Armitage
As a senior Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) coordinator, Glenna brings over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry, combining strong administration expertise with sharp project communication and coordination skills. She has supported more than 15 large collaborative projects, coordinating engagement across full project teams including Project Implementation Teams, Project Management Teams, and Senior Management Teams. Working directly within Big Room environments, she helps teams navigate IPD processes, tools, and terminology so new team members can quickly become effective contributors regardless of their prior IPD experience. Drawing on her IPD project experience and extensive participation in the Integrated Project Delivery Alliance (IPDA), Glenna serves as a reliable resource for both Big Rooms and behind-the-scenes coordination, helping teams stay aligned on successful project delivery.
