Jolene Goldsmith
As Director of Operations, I ensure all of stok’s operational systems and processes are efficient, effective, and in alignment with our company goals and values. I lead our IT team in evaluating, implementing, and improving all internal software. I also work with our data analytics team to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting for the organization.

ON REIMAGINING THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT:
“My favorite project has been implementing organizational biomimicry, stok’s unique organizational structure. We took lessons from nature to reimagine the traditional corporate hierarchy and replace it with a more collaborative, self-managed, and equitable structure. We pursued B Corp certification and the JUST Label to show our commitment to social justice, something I am incredibly passionate about and proud of.”
