Kaitlyn applies her expertise in financial management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and responsible business operations to streamline and enhance Stok’s processes and programs. She supports contract management, enhances operational standards, maintains HR policies, onboards new employees, and actively participates in hiring and recruitment processes. As a passionate DEI advocate, Kaitlyn also co-leads Stok’s B Corp and Just Label initiatives, underscoring her commitment to social responsibility.
