Michelle Kotula
As a Project Manager dedicated to a tech client account, Michelle provides project management responsibilities for a new tenant interior fit-out for a multi-building LEED Gold project. Her primary focus is Design Team Management though she works with a team to support the overall project to stay on schedule and on-budget. She manages the relationship between the Architecture and Consultant Design team, client stakeholders and the GC, fully embraces the title “owner’s representative”, and strives to achieve results beyond client’s expectations. She’s worked on multiple projects with the same client which allows her to bring value to the account as she can share experience from previous client projects to inform decisions and processes.

ON REIMAGINING THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT:
“Part of my team vision for the Stok’s PM team is to find opportunities throughout the project process to implement sustainable building practices. As a PM, we are often integrated in the full project process, from visioning to construction, from design to move-in day. It’s an awesome opportunity to be fully aligned with our client to advise on project opportunities to build responsibly, sustainably and achieve project goals not just at the beginning of the project but throughout the whole project evolution.”
ON A FUTURE THEY WANT TO LIVE IN:
“Tomorrow is the future! I want every day to be intentional, to remove “the norm” from the way problems are solved and to constantly discover ways to learn and grow from the people, places, and things that have come before us. I wish for the planet to be more beautiful and more healthy tomorrow than it is today for the next and future generations.”
