ON REIMAGINING THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT:
“I’m reimagining the built environment by transitioning buildings from being resource-intensive to having a positive impact on the climate. I’m also thinking about the social and human impacts of real estate, from the building materials’ health impacts on occupants to how the space is perceived and used by all groups of people.”
ON A FUTURE THEY WANT TO LIVE IN:
“I want to live in a truly sustainable world. One where there is equity, justice, and opportunity for all. A world that has mitigated most of climate change’s worst impacts and has become resilient to those that couldn’t be stopped. A regenerative and circular world that mimics Earth’s natural cycles. One where everyone is happy and free to be their whole selves.”
