Phin Stubbs
Phin is a sustainability thought leader adept at working with leadership teams to implement programs that enhance resilience and minimize resource consumption. As a Senior Sustainability Project Manager at Stok, he consults with real estate developers, architects, building owners, engineers, and general contractors to achieve high-performance building certifications such as LEED and WELL. He is a passionate advocate for reducing our carbon footprint and has worked on a variety of project types including multifamily residential, commercial office, retail, schools, government, and hospitality.
