The pandemic has served as a catalyst for a paradigm shift in how we work. The needs of the workforce today compared to those of employees before the pandemic are simply different. At Stok, we deeply care for our team members. The experience of these past two years demonstrated that we could do more to support team members through challenges created and accelerated by the pandemic.
