As an ESG and Carbon Senior Project Manager and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Coach, Tori is a dedicated problem-solver adept at critical thinking and root cause analysis. She has a decade of specialized experience in stakeholder facilitation, change management, evaluation, performance measurement, and developing high-performing teams for a range of clients including municipalities, provincial and territorial ministries, nonprofits, and complex organizations. Through this experience, Tori has led the development of multiple strategic roadmaps in areas including regulatory changes, service delivery transformation, and strategic planning. Her change management experience has focused on supporting government entities implementing public-facing service delivery changes.
